The hotel lodging for non-TAMU external participants will be covered by the conference.

Please do not book the hotel yourself directly. The conference secretary will do this for the participants and a confirmation of the hotel reservation will be e-mailed to participants after they register.

Also note that students and junior participants are expected to share a room (two people per room). A preference of room-mate can be indicated in the additional comments upon registering.
